The Process To obtain staff engagement you need to have people with the right ability, who are truly motivated and are given the opportunity to perform at their best. The whole programme involves the following four points, however you can choose to do points 1 and 2 only. 1. Week 1 - We will access where things are at in your business covering personnel, culture and strategies 2. Week 2 - We will develop high level measures – Key goals, operational indicators, and provide a visual perspective using a dashboard 3.
