The Process

1. Interview (No Charge)

Key staff are interviewed by at least two Priority Project consultants for about 30 minutes.

 2. Scoping document (No Charge) 

From the interviews we designed a 3-4 page scoping document detailing the project/piece of work.

By writing this ourselves it means we have a good grasp of the work involved allowing us to start the activity straight away. A step that is normally completed by the client but can inhibit the work getting done, because you never find the time to scope the work out in the first place. The scoping document is free.
